Two pieces in one, carved from Colorado aspen. One side spoon, one side shovel. Carved by hand, finished with food grade mineral oil. A set that belongs on the table.
Every piece is carved by hand in our Colorado studio using traditional carving tools — no lathes, no CNC, no shortcuts. The wood is sourced locally: aspen, cherry, and whatever the mountains offer.
The grain decides a lot of the final shape. We work with the wood, not against it. Every piece is unique because it can't be anything else.
- Hand wash only — do not soak
- Dry immediately after washing
- Do not put in dishwasher
- Re-oil occasionally with food-safe mineral oil
Orders ship within 3–5 business days, packed by hand from our Colorado mountain studio.

Natural variations in grain, color, and form are part of the piece — the wood decides a lot of the final shape, and that's as it should be.
